Wanderful Experience at Spore GP

26.09.2009 SAT

We scored a pair of tickets to the GP :-) Here are some fotos:

8.30pm: The F1 village against the Singapore skyline (we were surprised that it was actually a pretty sight) and people @F1 Rock.





9.30pm: Time to hit the grandstand to secure our seats, put on our ear plugs and most importantly to rest our tired feet...esp Sherm's. She went to Pulau Ubin earlier on.

10pm: Finally the race started. Our initial thoughts were "Why are the cars moving so slowly?". It took us a while to realise that we were seated just before turn no.10- a pretty sharp turn, thus the "slowness".

Boy were we were glad that we didn't attend the Finals, the result was a tragedy.

I am looking forward to the next night race. Let's hope we get invited to the Paddock Club? (Hint Hint)
